I am running dual sim with a Verizon and t-mobile account. Needless to say verizon website has problems and some things are impossible to do. So in order to manage my account on my voice line I have to log into the Verizon website on safari. So since my voice line isn't the primary line on the account the app is useless to me. The home internet line is the account owner since that is the first thing I got on Verizon. I have three lines on my account, home internet, Hotspot device and voice line.
